Saskatoon Honey Gin

With the 100% Alberta Malted Barley used as the base spirit in all of Eau Claire's production, we produce a sweet and smooth finish to perfectly support the 10 botanical flavours we use in Saskatoon Honey Gin.

Eau Claire Distillery’s Saskatoon Honey Gin is smooth, sweet, floral and mildly tart. The infused spirit incorporates flavours of the Canadian prairies to pay homage to the distillery’s Alberta home.

Eau Claire’s Saskatoon Honey Gin uses the award-winning Parlour Gin as its base and post-distillation, infuses honey from Tangle Ridge Ranch and Saskatoon berries from Saskatoon Farm in Okotoks to give it its colour. 

Parlour Gin is juniper-heavy London dry style gin, meaning that juniper is the heaviest botanical by weight in the botanical bill. Adding the sweetness and fruity twist with the Saskatoon berries leads to a versatile cocktail spirit, perfect in cocktails such as a bees knees.
